Orders from the European Union, received before 2 pm Central European Time will be processed and shipped that day. We attempt to process orders received after 2pm EST that day, but in some cases they will be processed on the next business day.Orders shipped to Switzerland are sent Next Day Delivery via FedEx for arrival the following business day, to most destinations. All KYON orders include a shipping and handling surcharge.

Orders received before 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped that day. We attempt to process orders received after 3pm EST that day, but in some cases they will be processed on the next business day. Default shipping is Priority Overnight via FedEx for arrival by 10:30 am the following business day, to most destinations.
KYON Pharma, Inc. offers the following shipping options via FedEx: First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-day, Express Saver, Ground
All orders include a shipping and handling surcharge. Some shipping options are not available to certain destinations.

Payment
All invoices are due upon receipt. We accept payment by check or credit card.

Warranty

KYON AG and KYON Veterinary Surgical Products offer a two-year warranty on all products against defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that an instrument is defective, KYON will either repair or replace the instrument. The KYON warranty is not valid on instruments that prove defective as a result of misuse or those that become unserviceable through prolonged use.

The replacement warranty only pertains to non-perishable instruments. The KYON warranty excludes any and all products that are designed for cutting, gouging, drilling, or powering equipment, such as drill bits, taps, osteotomes, chisels, saw blades, batteries, etc.

All orthopedic instruments and implants represented and sold by KYON are for veterinary use only. This warranty is valid only to licensed veterinary medical professionals and practices that originally purchased the product.

Returns

Return authorization is required before returning products to KYON. To request a Return Authorization Number (RAN#), please contact the KYON office servicing your clinic. Returns without a RAN# will not be processed.

Customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return an item for full credit.
– Item must be unused, unsterilized and in original KYON packaging
– Customer is responsible for returning item(s) to the KYON office from which the item was originally purchased.
– KYON Implant/Instrument Return Form must accompany returned item(s). Form available here
– Credit for returned goods will be issued upon KYON’s determination of acceptable condition.

All returns after 30 days of purchase date are at the discretion of KYON and subject to a minimum 20% inspection and restocking charge.
