KYON PRACTICA
In addition to being an inventor, designer and manufacturer, KYON is also an educator, collaborator, and steward of these procedures. KYON has held hundreds of courses world-wide, refining the educational materials, presentations and technique with the help of numerous surgeons from universities and private practice. We carefully monitor the evolution of our procedures to make sure that we are evolving with them. KYON Practica are 2 day, intensive, hands-on, instructional courses, offered only a few times a year, that incorporate all of these lessons and more.
A Practicum (plural – practica) from Ancient Greek πρακτικός (praktikós), meaning, “of or pertaining to action, concerned with action or business, active, practical” is a course designed to give a student supervised practical knowledge of a subject previously studied theoretically.
Each practicum will review rationale/theory, teach the procedure in lecture/video/bone model/cadaver formats, provide technical and practical instruction on basic techniques, include bone model and wet lab exercises, ample discussion, presentations on clinical experiences, advanced techniques, avoiding/managing complications, and new/ongoing research.

Cancellations received up to 10 days prior to event = 80% refund. Cancellations less than 10 days prior = 50% refund. No refunds for failure to attend. We reserve the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment 2 weeks prior the start of the program. In case of cancellation registration fees will be refunded in full.
